States, under one or more of the following statutes and program areas: Fair Labor Standards Act, Mine Safety and Health Act, Occupational Safety and Health Act, Black Lung Benefits Act, the Employment Retirement Income Security Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, the Service
Contract Act; the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act; the Davis Bacon Act; the Longshore and Harbor Workers Compensation Act; the Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act; the Civil Service Reform Act; Executive Order 11246, among others; and
Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.
