Our Immigration department is recruiting for an Immigration Associate Attorney!

Responsibilities: 
• Managing employment-based nonimmigrant visa matters (H, L, E, O, P, TN), family and employment-based immigrant visa matters (EB-2/ EB-3 PERM, EB-1 multinational manager/executive, outstanding researcher, extraordinary ability, and National Interest Waivers), and naturalization cases 
• Developing strategy and drafting complex filings in support of varied matters including RFE responses 
• Researching, analyzing, and applying regulations and procedure in immigration matters
• Communicating regularly with clients regarding case preparation, case processing issues, and case strategy 
• Supervising the work of paralegal and legal assistant staff 

Requirements:
• Two or more years of immigration attorney experience handling employment and/or family-based matters strongly preferred
• Experience in removal, federal court litigation, and analysis of immigration consequences of crime are a plus
• Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills
• Ability to build strong working relationships with clients and staff
• Experience in managing a varied caseload in a high paced environment 
• Ability to identify legal issues, analyze facts, and determine appropriate case strategies 
• A strong interest in following immigration policy developments
• Enthusiasm for growth, receptive to constructive feedback, and open-minded
• Technically adept – strong basic computer skills, familiarity with immigration-related computer systems/tools
• Self-starter, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 yearly Depending on Experience
