Job Description: Spokane County Superior Court is accepting applications to fill the position of Superior Court Commissioner. All applicants must have been admitted to the practice of law in the State of Washington for five years and must be members in good standing of the Washington State Bar Association. Per Court policy, a thorough criminal background investigation will be conducted on all applicants. Applicants are strongly urged to divulge complete criminal history information. 

It is anticipated this Court Commissioner position will be handling all dockets and assignments currently heard by Court Commissioners which include family law, paternity, child support, probate, guardianship/conservatorship, involuntary treatment act, criminal, juvenile offender, dependency and BECCA hearings.  

Salary app.: $172,693.65/yr. plus excellent benefits effective July 1, 2022.
