Job Description: The Seattle office of Fisher Phillips seeks an attorney with 5+ years of business immigration experience. If you are looking for an exciting career without the associated pressures of partnership track, this is the right opportunity for you! The ideal candidate will have experience with nonimmigrant visas (i.e., H, L, E, TN and O) and permanent residence processing (i.e., PERM, I140, I485). Candidate must have strong writing and analytical skills, and ability to manage a high volume of matters in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Foreign language skills are a plus. Candidate must be willing to do their own paralegal work. Active bar membership is required; candidate admitted to practice in Washington or California is preferred. We are not accepting resumes from search firms for this position.
