Job Description: Stokes Lawrence, P.S., a mid-sized commercial law firm with offices in Seattle and Yakima, is seeking an associate to join the commercial real estate and business transactional practice in our Seattle office. Candidates must have outstanding academic achievement and superior analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated interest in commercial real estate, corporate M&A transactions, and a desire to build a transaction-based practice. Two to four years of relevant experience is preferred.

Compensation for this position will be determined based on the individual’s qualifications and experience. For second to fourth year candidates, the expected salary range is between $140,000 – $155,000, and includes opportunities for a quarterly non-discretionary hours stipend and a discretionary annual bonus.
