Job Description: Celebrating our 70th year anniversary, MacDonald Hoague and Bayless (MHB) is one of Seattle’s oldest Civil Rights and Immigration Law firms. We are growing and seek a paralegal for our immigration practice!
Responsibilities include:
• Preparing labor certification applications
• Preparing non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions
• Preparing employment and family-based AOS applications
• Maintaining status reports and communication with clients
• Collaborating with attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants
• Independently managing a caseload in a high-volume environment
• Must have excellent analytical, management, and writing skills with strong attention to detail
Experience/Education:
• Minimum of two years immigration paralegal experience
• College Degree/Paralegal Certificate preferred

Salary: $50,000 to $75,000 Depending on Experience
