As a Paralegal II – Global Supply Chain, Innovation, Commercial, you will provide timely and effective support to senior paralegals, attorneys, and sourcing professionals and will collaborate with other paralegals and members of the Law & Corporate Affairs Department to support Starbucks' global supply chain, innovation, research and development groups as well as other business functions as assigned.

In this role, you will participate in projects with medium to high complexity and will be responsible for drafting a variety of commercial documents, including Statements of Work, Transportation Services Agreements, and Master Purchasing Agreements with supervision from Starbucks attorneys.

•Commercial contracts and significant legal drafting experience
•3+ years of paralegal experience
•Law firm or in-house legal department experience
•High ethical standards and proven ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
•Meticulous attention to detail
•Poise under pressure and ability to meet strict deadlines
•Strong interpersonal skills
•Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
•Strong Microsoft Office skills

The pay range for this position may be narrower than that displayed, depending on where the work is performed
