Job Description: The City Attorney's Office, Prosecution Division, is accepting applications for a full-time paralegal with experience in litigation and administrative support in a legal department.

The ideal candidate has excellent skills in: drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents; ensuring compliance with court procedures and service of process; creating, obtaining, and maintaining various records and files; and performing administrative assignments and tasks, including calendaring and docketing. Experience in contracting, purchasing, administrative support, budgeting, and drafting resolutions is also desirable.
