Job Description: The Seattle, Washington, office of Fisher Phillips seeks to hire a mid-level associate with 3-7 years of business immigration experience to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with three or more years of immigration experience looking to grow a practice under the mentorship of talented partners. Immigration litigation and compliance experience is a plus.
The ideal candidate will have experience with nonimmigrant visas (H, L, E, TN and O) and all forms permanent resident processing. We are looking for the next team member to join our community, someone who thrives in a collaborative work environment and has a growth mindset. The ability to manage a large caseload, complex work and client expectation are essential.
Typical day-to-day opportunities include working as part of a team handling immigration matters. You will work with clients on various day-to-day matters, and you will have the opportunity to educate clients to guide them through challenging moments with their immigration matters.
