Job Description: The Seattle office of Fisher Phillips seeks a litigator with 6+ year of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting discovery, dispositive motions, and trial pleadings, taking depositions, and even trial experience in employment law matters. Candidate must have strong writing and analytical skills, and an ability to manage a high volume of matters in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Washington bar membership is required.
