Job Description: Lake Washington School District is looking for qualified candidates for the position of Compliance Investigator. This position is based at the Support Services Building in Redmond. This is a full-time, year-round position with full benefit package.
Position Summary:
Under the supervision of the Director of Risk and Safety Services, this position is responsible for performing objective, thorough internal compliance and policy investigations that arise from District complaints. In addition to information gathering, this position will provide written summaries and reports of the facts discovered. This position also serves as the designated point of contact for public records or information requests pursuant to the Washington Public Records Act.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's (BA) degree in risk management, business administration, economics, finance, or a closely related field and five (5) years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Juris Doctorate (JD) preferred.
Experience working in K-12 education or other governmental organization environment preferred.
Experience with compliance, Title IX, accident and security investigations preferred. • Forensic Experiential Trauma Interview (FETI) background in investigation preferre
Salary: Dept Administrator – Level 9. $153,160/year. Full benefit package available.
