La Casa Hogar is looking for a Citizenship Legal Services Director to lead and strengthen our citizenship legal services program. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced legal professional to make a lasting impact in Central Washington by expanding access to naturalization services, guiding a dedicated legal team, and fostering strategic partnerships at the local, state, and national levels.
The Citizenship Legal Services Director plays a key role in ensuring the sustainability and success of the program. This leader will oversee high-quality legal services, support and mentor DOJ-accredited representatives, and advocate for policies that benefit immigrant communities. The ideal candidate is deeply committed to immigrant rights, equity, and systemic change while providing trauma-informed and culturally competent legal services.
This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of citizenship access in Central Washington. With a salary range of $75,000 - $85,000, generous paid time off, a $7,380 annual health stipend, retirement contributions, and a $2,500 annual investment in professional development, La Casa Hogar is committed to supporting its team members as they serve the community.
