Job Description: This position will provide program management to both the Data Partnership Governance Committee (DPGC) and the Legal Department under the guidance of the Associate General Counsel - Research and Innovation. DPGC responsibilities include managing DPGC intake and triage; gathering information from stakeholders and peer organizations as required; preparation of DPGC tools and documents of various forms; scheduling DPGC meetings and taking meeting minutes; developing DPGC metrics; maintaining DPGC records; and reporting status of projects at DPGC meetings. Legal Department responsibilities include advanced editing and drafting of contracts and other legal documents consistent with Legal Department guidelines. Assists Research and Innovation attorneys with initial contract review and drafting. Develops templates, checklists, and trainings related to Research and Innovation-related contracts. Acts as primary liaison with other departments involved in contracting to facilitate continuous process improvement. Assists Research and Innovation attorneys with legal research, benchmarking research and other assigned tasks. Provides backup coverage to other Legal Department staff to facilitate continuous coverage.
